Our web development team is composed of three instructors, a UI designer, a graphics designer, a frontend developer, a blockchain developer, and a backend developer. Now, we are looking to add another backend developer to our roster.
The Internship Period
The journey begins with a one-month internship period where you will have the opportunity to learn more about our team and our work culture. During this month, you won’t receive a salary, but it’s an invaluable time to get acquainted with our processes and projects. This period allows you to integrate seamlessly into our team. After successfully completing the internship, you will become an official employee of our company, with all the associated benefits and payment.
Compensation and Advancement
Your compensation as a full-time backend developer at Kws Technology will be in the range of 12,000-22,000 Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), while part-time developers can expect to receive 6,000-12,000 BDT. You’ll be working 8 hours a day for full-time positions and 4 hours a day for part-time positions. Your off day will be every Friday.
We value your growth and performance, and after six months, we will conduct a salary review to determine your eligibility for a promotion. Our motto is “Work, Learn, and Skill Up,” emphasizing continuous improvement and professional development.

Job Description / Responsibility
As a backend developer at Kws Technology, your responsibilities will include:
- Designing and developing attractive, user-friendly, and responsive websites using technologies like JavaScript, React.js, Tailwind CSS, MongoDB, Node.js, Nest.js, or Express.js.
- Creating wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs for websites and web applications.
- Optimizing website SEO, accessibility, and load times.
- Writing clean, well-documented, and efficient code.
- Troubleshooting and debugging website issues as needed.
- Carrying out any other related tasks assigned by the management.
- Functioning with knowledge of indexing, query optimization, and database management.
- Screen sharing on our Discord server during work hours and using employee management tools.
Additional Requirements
While not mandatory, having the following additional skills and qualities can give you an edge:
- Ability to manage large-scale databases or web applications.
- Strong research skills for new techniques and strategies.
- Proficiency in Git and version control.
- Quick learning abilities and strong problem-solving skills under pressure.
